Ad Management

In this interface the ads are managed with regards to progress and issue reporting. It shows all the relevant production data and controls about the advertisements ranging from ad size to problem reports to material status.

Issues reported are for example:

• An ad does not have a fitting publication.
• The size of the ad is not correct or exceeds the booking information.
• Incorrect publication dates.

 

Ads that have to be placed on for editorial pages are supported with an export function. In case that an ad needs to be placed or changed at the very last moment, ad management has the functionality to add or edit advertisements.

Classification Management

The user can manage ad classifications up to 4 levels. When required the category headers are placed automatically on the page.

It is possible to create and manage individual designs for header or categories of headers.

YEMO Adfit is a fully browser based drag & drop ad-page production tool enabling location independent collaboration. It is the next generation advertisement-page production tool and is easy to set-up and manage tool, suitable for newspapers and magazines. The user interface design will support the users to pick-up the process and functionality quickly, which results in high productivity.

Page Production

In page production the user is given a browser interface in which ads can be dragged and dropped onto the page. Very intuitive. The pages can be created automatically, manually or semi-automatically.

The following features are supported in page production:

• All the pages are supported by CMS or dynamically created on basis of the products you are showing.
• Pages can be created and edited manually in the browser interface. Just drag and drop.
• With semi-automatic the users selects a range of ads that are consequently put on the page.
• Fillers can be placed automatically or manually.
• Alignment of the ads including spacing and placement of lines is set up in cooperation with the client.
• Adobe InDesign Server is used for PDF creation of the pages.
• The headers of classified ads are placed automatically on the page.

Publication Management & Page Plan

In publication management the user defines the set-up of the publication using parameters as

• Number of ad pages.
• Full color, spot color or black & white Section.
• Selection ad types allowed for pages, such as e.g. family ads are only processed for a particular pages.
• Identify the placement of editorial pages in relation to ad pages.
• Page naming.
• Selecting InDesign templates for the ad page. Every ad page could use a different InDesign template.

The final result is a publication plan. During the production process the status information of the publications is continuously updated. If required also the status of the editorial pages can be integrated.
